Small Business Assistance Project
The Business Law Section of the State Bar of Wisconsin is partnering with Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinics to offer a new free legal help for small business owners. Law students will be paired with volunteer attorneys to provide brief legal advice to prescreened clients with business law questions including COVID-19 issues, finance, insurance claims, commercial contracts, tax issues, labor and employment matters, real estate, commercial debtor/creditor issues, and regulatory matters. All clinic sessions will take place via Zoom during the pandemic.
